In our butchery we can produce any cut required.

A word about our sausages… We are particularly proud of our sausage. Using top quality meat only, we produce an 85% meat sausage, seasoned to a local recipe passed down the generations enclosed in a natural casing.

Below you can find our popular cuts (all priced £/kg).

We can do any kind of cut in our butchery and are more than happy to receive orders in number rather than weight.

Middle White Pork

You can get your hands on our wonderful meat in a number of ways.

We attend the following farmers markets:-

  • Newcastle (1st Friday of month) Postponed due to Covid-19
  • Hexham (2nd and 4th Saturdays)
  • Delivery route – due to covid we now deliver further more often. Roughly once a month we go to Newcastle, Stocksfield, Ovingham, Wylam, Ryton and surrounding areas, Whitley Bay and Tynemouth.
  • Or collect you meat directly from the farm. Most Saturdays we do drive by collections at our bottom gates (NE11 0HX)
